Must I register for an account?

Yes, you must enter your information including your real estate license number or NRDS number.

 

How is this site in compliance?

Because you the agent is permitted to advertise brokerage cooperation on your website, social media, flyers, yard signs etc.  This is a non syndicated site, which makes the agent manually enter a listing by entering the address, photo, listing expiration price and brokerage cooperation. 

 

Do I have to add an offer link?

No, only if you chose to, this is a central site for all your listing, for agents to not only view brokerage cooperation but submit offers if you chose to.

 

Is this site available to anyone?

Yes, Available to anyone selling a home, even if brokerage cooperation is not paid. This allows buyers agents to see if their buyer can afford to purchase.

 

How to I find brokerage cooperation?

You simply direct agent to CommissionRealEstate.com and ask them to enter the address.  This will display the property with your contact information.  

 

Must I remove the listing when it is sold?

When you first enter a listing it will ask you for an expiration date.  This date is not displayed to the public.  If your listing is not removed, it will automatically be removed when it expires.

 

What else will be available on CommissionRealEstate.com?
